listen, i was worse off than you. don't get depressed, that's just fuckin stupid. you got a good base under that fat. Listen, CARDIO start every day and do as much as you can. i worked up to at least 1 hour a day on the Precor machine, that along with a decent diet ( low fat, moderate carbs, hi protein.), and hydroxycut, i lost 50 lbs of fat in 3.5 months. dude, it's easy. it'll take you a few weeks to get in a groove but you'll get to the point where you'll love cardio, ppl will be like, dude you're gonna kill yourself.......but the results are worth it. email me if you'd like./
