listen, i was worse off than you. don't get depressed, that's just fuckin stupid. you got a good base under that fat. Listen, CARDIO start every day and do as much as you can. i worked up to at least 1 hour a day on the Precor machine, that along with a decent diet ( low fat, moderate carbs, hi protein.), and hydroxycut, i lost 50 lbs of fat in 3.5 months. dude, it's easy. it'll take you a few weeks to get in a groove but you'll get to the point where you'll love cardio, ppl will be like, dude you're gonna kill yourself.......but the results are worth it. email me if you'd like./

I think that it is evident that everyone is curious to what your sets, weight, routines, diet, ect. consists of.... so do everyone a huge favor. POST your routines and everything else that you have been doing in the past 2 years becuase there is obviously some bro's here that are truely willing to help you out, me being one of them. Just look at Quadsweeps list of things to get us started. If you want, put it in excel or word format and everyone can download the file in their private time to figure things out without having to look at the board for hours on end figuring everything out.

I can't say i'm the same but i'm similar. THough, i've been lifting for almost a year now and I'm actually making progress. You're going at it all wrong.

First of all, you should go to the gym 2x a day, 5x a week. Work 2 body parts a day and run cardio. On leg day, only do legs (calves and quads) and no cardio. You'll kill yourself that way. I recommend doing as follows:

Monday - Biceps/Back evening + cardio morning
Tuesday - Triceps/Chest evening + cardio morning
Wednesday - Shoulders/Abs evening + cardio morning
Thursday - Legs
Friday - Scraps (forarms, abs, lower back, whatever) + cardio morning

Strict diet of 300mg protein per day, AAS if you want but i'd choose something like a fina/test/winny/deca stack. Forget about bulking bullshit. Keep your diet clean and muscle will come.

I know people that get pissed at not getting gains from going to the gym but their diet is sloppy, and they don't know how to lift. This one guy works like one body part once during a session.

You gotta do four exercises per body part doing 3 sets of 10's or more. Obviously, that 3 rep shit is bad. I never see a nice athletic build from that.

Go lighter, and work on your form too. Form is everything and don't go so fast or use your back to swing too heavy of weights. Those explosive movements don't give you the form or the use of both the downward and upward motion.
