Plateau...

Hey ya'll, been lifting for a year now. I believe that i have hit a plateau. I have a decent amount of knowledge when it comes to nutrition, so I know that it isn't the problem. I have been reading on periodization training and have been thinking of giving it a shot, any thoughts????
 
Plateau after a year?

What are your goals?
What are you doing in and out of the gym to meet those goals?
Don't do anything unless you KNOW it is getting you closer to your goals.
 
Well I just believe that I had been using the same routine to long. I just switched it up in the last week and man I and putting on some size.

My goal is to reach 215lbs, currently at 190-195 (Don't weigh to Sat). Got my macros at 40/40/20 and I eat 8 meals a day. Training more in the 6-12 rep range to try and put on more size as opposed to strength. I had been more on a power lifting routine before.
