I find it difficult to jab the glutes so I favor quads. None-the-less, I pin in the following order:
Right thigh
right glute
left glute
left thigh
Then start over.
Thats a tricky question because of where nerves and veins are located even if it is muscle tissue delts are fine so are thighs but move over from a certain spot and i can tell a difference due to nerve tissue.If i had to pick i would say delts are my fave.

Quads are easiest for me, but can be painful days later. Glute is by far the least pain, during and pip. You can ram a 20g needle in there no prob and push through 4 ml's ez and fast.
