Ain't a doctor but I'm gonna say glutes. Not as dense and obviously designed to take punishment. Plus I've been told don't need to aspirate for glute shots.

Glutes is my fave and the easiest IMO.

Glutes are almost pain-free if done properly. Just stay clear of the sciatic nerve, knicked that during my last cycle and lets just say... it hurt.

Glutes, if someone else is jabbing me I ask them to do the deltoid as I can't comfortably inject them myself.

IMO the quads are easier. But, everyone has their own preference
