1. Have your BF measured. Only what can be measured can be managed
2. Set your daily caloric targets (you can use the calculator as a starting point)
3. Draft your diet and training plan (here we can help, but you need to do your homework)
4. Start AND DON't CHEAT!
5. Monitor your progress and adapt
