Pintoca 7 months Cutting results. Finally 60 lbs lighter...

This is an update to my monthly cutting results log: http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/showthread.php?t=382752

this month has been really something: I got injured TWICE, ate a lot, started a new program, crashed my car... and learned a lot!!!

In a nutshell, it has been a really good month, I reached my goal of 60 lbs lighter, and my next immediate goal of being 200 lbs (for the first time in about 10 years) it is just some 2 weeks away MAX.

So here are the details:

My initial stats, as of 13.09.04 were:

264 lbs
40% Body Fat :heks:

158,4 lbs LBM
105,6 lbs FAT

After 7 months I am at:

203,9 lbs
24% BF

155 lbs LBM
48,9 lbs FAT

So results after 7 months of straight cutting are

60,06 lbs lighter (94,3% of that weight lost is fat)

Now, the thing I really like about this month is that after all the inconvenients I had (injuries and travel), I gained weight at the beginning-middle ot the month, weight I had to drop just to be again at my starting point (end of last month)... In general, this month I dropped 9,5 lbs... which actually left me in a positive balance of 3,7 lbs BELOW my previous month...

Another good thing I discovered is that this the month where I have lost the less LBM (not counting the initial month where I gained LBM)... so you can see that eating more does good indeed.

My injuries are all gone now, and I have started my revamped cardio program, it is not a cardiofest as originally intended (that is what got me the knee injury, screw you HIIT), but I am still doing cardio 9 times a week (this will go for 10 more weeks).

here are some pics. The webcams pics I made some 5 mins ago , the one with the stroller is from about 2 weeks ago.

While an overall difference can be seen, I think my face and general "width" is what shows the most improvement. I went from wearing size 42 pants to 34 now.

That a boy! Solid work. Solely judging by your looks in the right, I doubt you're above 17-18%, though I can't see your skin.

BTW, how come in the before pics you have your watch on your left wrist but in the after pics your watch is on your right wrist?

LOL. Yes he should, although it looks to me by all the graphs and charts that the Pin man as put A LOT more thought behind it than Jared did.

For all the bros out there who want to drop a significant amount of weight, this is not impossible people, and it doesn't take hunger or 10's of year. You CAN completely transform yourself in 6 months... all it takes is knowledge and dedication, invest 1 hour of your day to yourself and you will see
 
I'm measuring with a bodyfat scale. Yeah, I know they are not accurate, but I am only concerned with the trend. I've been using the same scale since I started, allways under the same conditions, so I trust the trend to be accurate.

I'm looking into finally getting a good pair of callipers (earlier though, hell, the calliper would max out!!!).

I do think I am still over 20%, I have always had thick legs and even though love handles or pot belly are not really an issue for me, I tend to get "wide" as a whole, so far the fat is coming off in a even manner, so no weird deposits are being left behind...
