My goal is to loose som more fat and get more muscles. i had a fracture and operation in left shoulder in year 2000, so my starting-point was bad.
I do cardio 20 hours pr month, swimming and ergometer-cycling.
Lifting heavy once pr bodypart pr week.
i have used som eca and yohimbe. my diet is not good enough yet.
