Alright well with all the help on here i made some big gains and thought id show some of you some of this i got to give credit to Gjohnson5 he was around all the time and helped me out alooot. Well enough talk heres some pics.This is 6-7 weeks

1. don't post sources publicly. Use the elitefitness email which is encrypted
2. You need to spend alot of time reading about steroids. I'm definitely not surprised if alot of the kids on your team use them. I had plenty of guy during my days juice age 15, 16 so I understand
3. I don't think you need them. You have way more natural talent then most
4. So many sources are getting busted these days and schools is where they are focusing.
5. That crap you posted is garbage. That's not close to real gear, but A total scam

You're still growing and have high levels of natural hormones. You can cause permanent side effect if you start that at high dosages at your age. Keep working hard and keep a good diet , but stay away from that junk

Anyway < I'll try to find the plyos so you can work on those.

Updated our team is conference champs and going to playoffs 7-1 baby!

Getting back into lifting i need some help on building my power and explosiveness.
 
juicing is so hard to not do i mean its all around and i really wanna look into it. i know i shouldnt but the sensation is sooo hard.
