i am in my 3rd week of t-200 at 1000mgs/week and dbol at 50mgs/week.
i took 2 pictures. i keep losing bodyfat and i am NOT dieting!! i dont understand.
let me know what you think so far, yes my arms are very little but that is do to loss of BF during this bulking cycle.
i started a diet today i will post by the next picture
 
another pic, and the diet.
MEAL 1
1 cup Oatmeal
2 cups cottage cheese
1 banana

MEAL 2
2 cans tuna in water
1 cup cottage cheese
4 slices whole grain bread
2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter

MEAL 3 (post workout meal)
8 oz. skim milk (mix with protein shake)
Triple Threat 3/60 protein shake (60 grams of protein from whey, milk, and
egg albumin sources)
Ultra fuel carb drink with added creatine and glutamine

MEAL 4
3 cans tuna in water
2 cups brown rice

MEAL 5
8oz of Salmon or Chicken
4 slices whole grain bread
some type of veggie (spinach, broccoli)

MEAL 6
10oz.Steak or chicken
1 medium Potato
some type of veggie (spinach, broccoli)
protein = 95

TOTALS
cal 4531
fat 67.5
carb 469
protein 465
 
More mass more calories being burnt...Also at 1000mgs of test and some d that will jack you...tell us how it goes

stats

my stats are 5'6" at 180lbs. bodyfat is unknown at the moment. i would say somewhere around 9%
 
I'm experiencing the same thing right now, I'm 5 weeks into my 1000mg of test and 50mg a day of dbol, I also added 400mg of EQ to help a little, I have gone from 183 to 190 with a loss of 1%-1.5% of body fat , I'm less than 9% now and I'm not dieting. I wanted a little more weight gain, but oh well. And I'm 5' 7".

How much would you have to weigh to be of the same proportions as mike but be 6'2"? A lot of you guys that look really good are under 6'. I'm currently 6'2" 195 and trying to set my longterm goals.

I just cant bring my self to eat that much tuna lol. End up burping that shit up all day and night.
 
excellent results bro...you will look jacked post cycle...just keep doing what you're doing.i would add some whey protein along w/ each meal to bump up the protein intake.your muscles are craving protein at this point...no limits on protein and besides...it's better to take in more than not enuff.:fro:
 
frorider6, I would say you need to be at least 220lbs at 6ft 2 if not 230 at sub 10% bf to look similar to Mike. Thats very obtainable if you are already 195, assuming its a lean 195. Just give yourself a good two to three years and try to grt more juice free gains before you cross over.

how long have you been trainning and how many cycles have you done ?

btw i just want someone to clear that up to me please,im not saying mike is not big but i have a freind of mine he's 5'6 too 180lb with 8-9 % bf but he looks biger than mike how can this happen :D
 
yes, i ment 50mgs dbol per day. it is loeffer refort-B.
also i dont split my test shots. i have always done that but trying something different now. i put in 2.5ml in each cheek.
it is tornel, and i have done about 3 cycles ( lost everything do to lack of education, but i am serious now)
about the tuna, i buy that solid WHITE tuna. i can eat that shit all day!
