Ok i know my legs need alot of work,,they just dont want to work with me,,lol
Gymbuny before i started my cycle i used to do cardio every day for 45min. Since i started my cycle i do 20 min on saturday and sunday and that is it.
I am eating as much as i can. I eat around 200-240gp/100c/30/f.
Right now i weigh 140lb 12-13%bf. I gained 10lbs in 9wks and only went up 1% bf.
Oh and MR..NYM,,,,im past the water weight stage,,lol i can deal with it now,(maybe b/c it finally went away,,hehhe)
But i am eating and still growing!!!!!!!!!!!!!
