Also, rest is a key to growing and its tough to grow when you have practice 4-5 times a week then have to weight train in between. ATHLETES ARE NOT BB'S. I know exactly what Fonz is going through. It isn't easy for an ectomorph to keep up a good amount of lean mass while not gaining bodyfat. Can it be done without juice? Yes, but only for a lucky small percent. As for the rest of us we need a little boost.

How how much of that muslce do you think you would keep if you started running 5 miles a day. Cause we both know how bad that could be for a body builder. And that would be just the begining of the intense training i would put you on if you were to start grappling with me.
