coming from a fellow athlete ( lacrosse ) i know what 3 hours a day of running can do to you. Its amazing you can keep your size at all, the maintenence dosage definately helps you out. im trying very hard to get below 10, im naturally in the 18-22 range, right now about 12-14, its a bitch.

anyways, all those critics out there have no fucking clue what its like to be a real athlete.

I stopped training every single bodypart except chest for the past 1 week. :)

Every day. 45mins till failure.

I think this 2-week "shock training" method seems to be working well.

I have 1 more week to go.

Yes.

Its not a new concept though.

Basically, you just blast one bodypart for 2 weeks every day and get plenty of rest(crucial) and food(crucial).

Chest has always been my weak bodypart btw. I remembered the shock training system a couple of weeks ago, and dug it up from archives and researched it.

You can't do it again and again though. Just like once every 4 or so months. And it can only be one bodypart. The "shock" system was first designed for lagging arms btw. I just adapted it for chest.
