coming from a fellow athlete ( lacrosse ) i know what 3 hours a day of running can do to you. Its amazing you can keep your size at all, the maintenence dosage definately helps you out. im trying very hard to get below 10, im naturally in the 18-22 range, right now about 12-14, its a bitch.
anyways, all those critics out there have no fucking clue what its like to be a real athlete.
