i have a program in place where each trainer trains another and vice versa. this perpetuates the spread of different fields of knowledge, training styles, movements etc. we have people in sports background, phys therapy, etc. this is how you dont fall into a rut that i believe most of the trainers you all speak so "highly" of are in.
ever heard the phrase "the 10% will fuck it up for the rest"?
