Personal question ladies (Shadow you've been warned, come in at your own risk)

I lost mine at around 16%, although I could be overestimating my BF% - it's somewhere between 15 and 18. :)

My doc thinks it's more related to chronic energy deficit than low BF, so I am cutting the cardio down and upping the calories (always have been above 1500, but lately around 1800-2200). Not back yet, but I am hopeful.

^^^AGAIN - you can lose on a tight diet.....cardio shouldnr be the primary way to drop the bf

True dat!

But I think the time to worry about an interrupted menstrual cycle is after its been a few months (assuming you aren't pregnant!!!) and you can look at the different possible factors for anything that has been consistently contributing.

When I went away to college I had mine stop exactly for the number of months of each of the fall & spring semester -- came back over xmas & summer break just like nothing happened. And I can definitely say it was a stress consideration.

Mine is always regular..but if I am dieting and training hard it gets screwy. I just spoted in between this last month and they thought that I might need a D&C. Age will make you get a little strange....but I am one of the older gals one here I think (39)
