Personal GM Question!?

ok.. before I ask you have to keep in mind I train alone in my home.. so I have no one to bounce there things off ...

When I do GM's, especially wide stance, I really feel the lift alway down my lower back into my butt.. As a matter of fact it gets so intense that sometimes I feel like I may just poop my pants!...

ok.. now that you are getting back up from falling off your chair!.. Tell me, really? is this normal or not?:confused:
 
It's normal, try not to eat Taco Hell or hot wings the night before. lol I'm serious though.

The best advice it to just take a good massive slam before your workout... That way you have less ammo to work with.. :)
