I am 5"6", 175, under 18% body fat, 31 yrs old. been through 1 cycle, and dropped 7% body fat in a month, and now i am starting another cycle.
I want to get massive but I get into the thinking of " if i have body fat to lose, then eating a lot will only make it worse"
I also don't have much of an appetite.
I know my point of view is normal, and skewed at the same time.
I don't really know how to count calories, or if i am eating good enough...just think i need a basic guideline for mass. I have alos just read the importance of large amounts of water...which it is hard to keep drinking because i hate it but i will do it...because i want to results...now!
