I was reading and heard it tastes terrible
I can't deny that real food is the idea way to go. If I needed the extra protein, which I don't cause chicken and steak is great, I would avoid soy and maybe try Casin or one of the other animal type proteins.

Pea protein will not destroy your gut like whey does since there is no dairy but it is also not a complete protein. You are still much better to stick to real food.
I use optimum nutrition. It is does not bug me. Some other brands have crap in them that I don’t make me feel right.
My wife switched to a beef protein powder cause whey doesn’t agree with her. I use it some times when I am out. Not bad. She has had some I liked better than others.
Liked said above. This is a supplement. Meant to supplement your diet. Real food first then supplement if real is not available. Good look. Sample around and find what works for your body.
