Hey guys, Ive done my research but just wanted a little direct advice if anyone with knowledge would like to chime in.

IM just coming off a 12 week cycle of Test E @ 250mg/week, nothing major.

I wanted to run a PCT but the only things i could get my hands on was clomid, HCG ES and armidex.

Any advice how I should run this??

I have some ideas but like i said before just wanted some other opinions.

Clomid 100/50/50/25
HCGenerate ES every day by the dosage on the label
Arimidex no needed

if you ran an AI during cycle, you won't need one during pct. the idea behind pct isn't like the old days where they would just want to slam down estrogen. we know today that estrogen is important during pct to keep mood and libido strong

i would run the clomid at 12.5mg ED for 4 weeks
and the ES for 8 weeks
you can throw in some ostarine 12.5-25mg per day for 4 weeks as well

Immediately after last pin I would start HCGenerate ES. I would run that for 4-8 weeks (1-2 bottles). 2 Weeks after last pin I would start clomid and run 50/25/25/12.5

The day after your last injection start the HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day. Use it for 4-8 weeks. If you have one bottle, use up the entire bottle. If you have 2 bottles, use both bottles back to back.

2 weeks after your last injection, start the clomid.
50mg/day for the 1st week
25mg/day for weeks 2 and 3
12.5mg/day for the 4th week.

The PCT would be 6-8 weeks total in length depending on if you have 1 or 2 bottles of HCGenerate ES.

You have been already advised well enough on how to use what you already have on your hands, so I will limit myself to recommending you to get what you really need for a proper PCT, not just use what you already got. PCT is an extremely important part of steroid cycling, so you should never cut corners there, and run a complete PCT protocol.
