Really ? It is possible to recover, then crash ? Because it is exactly what happened with my deca PCT and it would explain a lot.

Most guys do a 4 week PCT whoch isnt long enough. You cant expect to recover in 4 weeks with 10-20 week cycle. Also you need more then just a serm. You need powerfull natty test boosters

Would also like to carry in osta as a bridge for another 6-8 weeks after pct. Would this be a bad idea?

You are on the right track, but you really don't need both SERMS in there. I would do Clomid only, and your dose is too high. 50/50/25/25 is what I recommend. Aromasin should be 12.5mg EOD, and not ED. You don't want to kill your estrogen post cycle. Just control it. Running Ostarine throughout your PCT and a few weeks afterwards is also fine. Your PCT should look like this:

Yes, that's correct. That's why we don't recommend SERM only PCTs. You will crash as soon as you come off of them, as their effect is temporary
I'm of the thinking that there's no reason to wait and becoem more supressed -- start PCT at the end of the cycle while there's still more exogenous T in you.
Also, Ostarine does not help in recovery. People will argure that it's "not THAT suppresssive", but that's not PCT is about. You're supposed to be fighting suppression , not adding it.
UNLEASHED and protein Factory POSTCYCLE are the proven winners. Test stack is a good add on too though more expensive , but with UNLEASHED you'll know the exact dosages you're getting. That's what works.
