PCT and Wait time after last shot

Okay so I'm currently on week 13 of the cycle below. As you can see I stopped test e, now I'm starting test-p. Right after I'm done with the test p, (week 14) should I start pct right away? Or wait? Cause I knew test p is a short ester which is why I run it now.

Also does my pct look okay?

1-4 prop 150eod
1-12 test e 600/split
13-14 prop taper....150.....100 eod
1-14 provi 25Mg/day
5-10 75mg Anavar ED

Pct.....

I would wait a week, then start PCT. You will still have some long esters from the Test E still clearing, and it will take several days for the prop to clear. You have nothing in your PCT to boost test. The SERMS only stimulate LH and it is temporary. It will not help you for recovery once you come off of it. I am ready to do a 12 week cycle. I am looking for a mass and strenght cycle. What is a good one for a semi beginner and a good pct afterwards. I have used deca, winstrol, and stanzanol in my last 12 week cycle. Liked what i was getting, but was not truly impressed. Thanks
