PCT after 13 months. Here we go.

Good to see the bloods back bro, my retarded endo forgot my lh and GH serum on my last blood s too... wanker !

not to hijack but how are injuries healing up ?
 
Next week I will be switching it up a bit. I've decided to Just run bridge at 4 caps ED and DAA at about 6 grams ED. This will take me about 4 more weeks from right now and I'm gonna call it quits for PCT.

Reason being with the numbers I got for bloods I want to see how well my body picks things up. So I can verify this as soon as I can so I can get back on Bridge/DAA and some other Natty stuff asap lol. I already know I'm going to hate being off bridge and DAA.

Referring back to the original post my iron levels were not sky high per the red cross' tests. their equipment was apparently fucked.
also the lower wbc and platelets is apparently a side effect in some from extended periods of elevated TT levels.
we shall see mid august when new bloods are done.


as for pct I feel great. everything is functioning great. training sucks. I have had this cold for 2 weeks + making everything achey and making me quite weak. but ive still drug my ass to the gym just enough to keep some muscle stimulation going.
 
Was your injury a proximal bicep tendon rupture?

Sorry bro, I missed this before.

No nothing like that. What happened was instead of squatting moderate weight and high reps I decided to start squatting higher weights for singles, doubles, triples, ect. My quads don't really need a lot of stimulation or work as they are already huge. Plus Bodybuilding (high rep and lots of sets) leg work really kills my knee with the torn acl in it.
So as I ventured into higher weights I also dropped the bar down off my traps more powerlifting style (where the bar should be). My gym doesn't have any fucking real 8' squat bars. So My arms are already cramped when squatting to begin with.
So when I loaded 455 onto the bar and gave it a go it all went great. But what I didn't realize til the following days when the pain really came out was that while squatting I should have leaned forward just a touch more than I did. if I had done so the bar would have balanced/rested more so on my back. having not done this I apparently subconsciously felt the need to deathgrip the bar and hold it to my back like my life depended on it. In doing this with this amount of weight for 3 singles I put so much strain on my brachialis (both sides) that it just...well...strained them and the surrounding connective tissue so fucking bad that I couldn't do anything in the following week. So I took a month off. I literally couldn't do anything without aggravating it. Nothing helped. Compression and lidocaine patches were the only thing that made it ease up. Just took time other than that. I'm able to train pretty good now. Chest day doesn't bother it, tris don't bother, I have been using the manta ray cheater squat thing on the bar to make my arms not have to do as much work so that's not bad. heavy deads really aggravate it. But I have sworn off deads for quite a while because Every other time my lower back in the L2-L3 area just gets tweaked. Why? I dunno. My form is fucking perfect. I did pull the low left lumbar muscle a year ago so I think things are still out of balance. Hell its out and tweaked right now. Hurts like a bitch in the morning til it warms up some. I hang upside down a few times a day. It will work itself back in and when it does I'll be doing nothing but massive amount of hypers til the area is strong. But I digress....that's my back now not my arms.
 
Getting over illness sucks, and I know hard it is to keep up the intensity at the gym because of it. Nice to see you pushing through it though

Yeah...down to just some sinus stuff now. This was an ever mutating cold. I haven't been sick in over two years either.


On a side note...my fucking nuts are huge. Like heavy too. I feel like I have an elephant sack.

Just took the last of my Hcgenerate. Just 4 caps of bridge ED and double servings of DAA now for a few more weeks.
