Bloods drawn this morning. Made a follow up apt for next Friday. Hopefully all of it will be back by then.
Made sure to get FSH and LH in there this time too. They have to be working well.....my wife is like dude...omfg with you.
I have really backed off the weight. my fucking knees are a train wreck right now. Both patella tendons are killing me 24/7 for some reason. No legs in forever.
Elbows are giving me a lot of grief too. SO I am doing what I call a complete reset. Starting last week i'm only doing two exercises per body part but I am doing 5x20 on everything. My Flat bench last week was 135 for 5x20. I didn't even get 5x20. I got 20, 20, 20, 16, 10. Sad. But 5x20 is a different animal. Then I switch to incline smith and do the same. No increasing in weight until I hit the full 5x20 without fail. Then the following week I raise 10 lb. Re acclimates the shoulders, joints, connective tissue ect... Last chest day I got a full 5x20. Not on incline though. Its a real bitch. I am so fucking sore its not funny and its been two days.
I am taking nothing. No supps, not even any vitamins. Just 25mcg T3 2x a day 3 on 1 off. The T3 isn't for cutting. My T3 was actually in the toilet last bloods so this is an experiment to see what this blood work looks like.
