Hey mofos
been a while since Iv'e been active on the board - still been hitting shit hard in the gym just have stayed away from the interwebz.
So my squats and deads are in the 4's and 5's and I am getting older (27) and a few weeks ago my knee started giving me hell. Constant nagging ache/pain not really noticeable while lifting but all day. 99% sure this is patellar tendonitis - guessing im predisposed to this as I had osgoods when I was younger and this tendon is stretched to begin with.
I have seen other places on the webz suggestions of upping fish oils to 5000mg a day so started doing that. Anyone else have any suggestions?
