How can I pull this off? I mean I have a full time job..........is it even possible to work in a gym while doing this without being an hourly employee and just giving part of my profits to the gym? What if someone wants me to be their trainer but I'm not a member of their gym? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Yes it is possible. You will need to first find a gym that allows outside trainers. Many will require insurance, and take out either a per session fee, or charge you a monthly rate.

Remember, not working as an hourly employee, you have the ability to make up your own schedule so it won't conflict with your full time job.

If you are not a member in their gym you can either join the gym, take them to your facility, or train them at their, or your home.
