Pain Reliever?

Are there any pain relievers that are not hard on the liver? Not looking to knock myself out just have severe mid-Mcycle pain.

Yeah - that's what I figured. Wish I was one of those women that were clueless as to when they ovulate - it's the same damn thing every month.

Yeah, Mpain... I wanna bond too! I had Motorcycle pain too! Small world!
I tried to show off and layed it down and slid through an intersection!!! We're all bonding!
(Hmm, I dont get the easter referance though? Whats that have to do with motorcycles?)

Really though... Im fadng in and out of sleepiness, so forgive the vagueness of this. I remember some femal "associate" of mone from years back having severe menstral pain (no, not motorcycle pain) and she took ketoprofen.
The "profen" makes me believe it may be in the same family as ibuprofen, but I recall her taking a relativly low dose of it (compared to other OTC pain relivers she took). So in that case it would at least be easier on the live by using less for equal relief???
