Pain in breasts, need help

Recently for a few days my breasts started hurtingrather bad. It is not just nipples, but the entire breasts. I thinkit is pre menstrual issue. My question is – what things can I useto decrease pain?

Unfortunately, I have not heard of any supplement or medicine that would help with PMS pain, so I can not advise anything. In fact, my wife gets this kind of problems regularly, and there is really nothing that can be done, so she just holds on. It is a sad thing that women have to go through this on a monthly basis - would be great if there were anything that could help.

This pain only comes before the period, and stays during the first half of the period, so I think it is related to the period. I am not sure that ibuprofen will help me because it is an antiinflammatory, and I don't know if that is an inflammation.

Sounds like a hormone problem - namely estrogen.

Are you currently using birth control? It sounds to me like you are having issues with your current birth control brand.

I would book an appointment with your doctor and tell him the symptoms you are experiencing. He will most likely get you to try a new birth control brand.
