Package siezed by police what do I do???

I checked my tracking number from fed ex.......They said that my package was delivered. Well I did not get it, so I called my local hub and they told me that it was confinscated my local police department for reason of illeagal pills. I am already on probation and I am freaking out. What should I do? Just leave it alone.. Has this happen to anyone?
 
Depends on what pills were in it. If it was a package with pills that could be used for ANYTHING other than human consumption, you should be able to tell them that they were ordered for whatever alternate purpose they may have and be fine.

I know people on this forum that just tell the cops that their anabolic pills are for their cattle or dog and the police have to leave them alone.

Even if they dont have either of the aforementioned.
 
Dont talk about it, dont freak out. dont go get it, if approached keep your mouth shut.
 
agreed with Orbit. if they are indeed sketchy pills keep your yap shut and act like you don't even know what they are talking about.
 
they have a package with your address on it. In court, if that is all they have then it will NOT hold up and will be a waist of thier time. If you have any wu receipt or anything that can tie you too it - burn it or eat it, crap it, then burn it. Anyone could have ordered it and put your address as the destination.


Hope they don't have your call on caller id.
If your town population is 200 and your the only guy in it with 23 in arms - that may be funny. They knock on your door, you open it looking like Ronnie Coleman and say "What, no, no. That crap is not mine. I don't do that stuff Sir."

If all they have is a package with your address, you are fine.

Depends on your pd too. If you don't hear anything in a few months, keep an eye out for jay cutler looking cops giving speeding tickets.

This strikes me as really weird. Why would local law enforcement be dealing with federal crimes and how would they of been tipped off? You must live in a really small town where tsa notified local law enforcement when they where sorting your package through customs.

Now you have 2 scenarios.
Local cops want to get some convictions under there belts so they could be building a case agaist you. If thats the case you need to start clearing house. Paper documents like WU recepites and shit on your computer too.

Second scenario is they just took your shit and thats the end of it. I mean if they did have inside info they could of let it get delivered to your house and then bust your ass poppin out that fedex van.

All in all to be safe you need to start deleting and burning evidence.
 
yes. when I saw the thread, I first thought it would be a "customs siezure letter" being received. But to make it past Mr. C and to the local pd. That means - either post office accidentally ripped it open - then notified local pd. Or the source address(if sent domestic) is suspect. Anything international getting passed Mr. C should be home free. I say the post office noticed something - is because I received pinz from a domestic supplier and noticed my packaged had a knife slit - like they were trying to see what was in it.
Why don't they concentrate on terrorists and child molestors
 
If it were me, and I lived in the US i would clean house big time, format my PC and never come to this site again! Never look up anything remotely related to gear. I would change my ph # too!

Ya, I was wondering the same thing. Was it ordered overseas or domestic? It is weird that it was not taken by customs. Either way do not respond to anything.

if they want you, they have you. nothing you can do about it now but not say a word and immediately ask for an attorney. they might just sit on it till you order more and hit you all at once. just be ready to be held and sat on before they start interrogating you. its a scare tactic. dont say anything. the fact youre on probation fucks you even worse. good luck. probably nothing will happen but if it does, stay quiet and make sure you have a completely clean house and computer.
 
It was a domestic source. I think I'm fine but i don't know. They seized it yesterday. Nobody came yesterday or today
 
I suspect somebody is building probable cause for a search warrant. That package along with a trash pull (with incriminating evidence) sounds like it may be enough for a judge. Close up shop. Get rid of all evidence, but don't just toss it in the garbage that you leave on the curb. Fly under the radar for a couple months and it should blow over. Drug related evidence has an expiration date. If you give them nothing more and stay clean for a couple months you should be fine. If you've given them too much, they may hit your door, but aside from rippin your shit up there is not much you can get arrested for if there is nothing illegal in the house when it is hit.

Even though all they would need is a writ (which could be as simple as a generic document on a disk filled out and signed by a supervisor) to your isp to incriminate you, you don't want to make things any easier for them. You are on probation. Close up shop.

I didnt ask him for his address. But location plays a factor, for example if you live in Texas shit flys alot easier than you living in Montana. Our dea and police are concerned with the Mexican cartel far more than trying to bust me.

I'm just advocating being extremely careful because if somebody is motivated to get you no need to help them out in any way.
 
Dude didn't order enough to sell, thats a waste of time to prosecute someone on so little. They want the domestic source and are hoping he orders again.

Busting domestic sources is something every local department would love to do.
 
Somebody in law enforcement could easily interpret the intercepted package as part of a larger operation and pursue it further.

i think id pack up and move to a different state. aside from that i would stay off of sites like this and smash my hard drive and melt the disks. if they are going to bust you it will likely be at your next visit to the po where they will have that special steroid test waiting for you.

I live in an area with a small population and Fed-Ex turns this stuff over to the local police often. What they usually do is get white van with with a Fed-Ex magnet logo on it and a cop with a Fed-Ex uniform on and try to deliver it to you. As soon as you accept it they arrest you. I'm not sure the Fed-Ex employee was supposed to tell you it was confinscated but just play dumb and don't accept anything. I haven't seen anybody arrested foir anabolics, they just told them they had no idea what they were talking about and there's really not much they can do to you.
 
If they arrive in a van. Don't sign for it, shake the package around. put your ear to it, like your guessing what your getting for christmas. Look at the return address and say,"never heard of that place. This has got to be the cologne I ordered from walmart.com. It's the ONLY thing I've ordered EVER."

Or look at the fedex guy and say,"That's not a BOMB is it?"

first of all none of this makes sense....police dont seize your package then tell you about it...
police seize your package,set up a controlled delivery, once you take possession either bust you then or continue working on there case..

now if this source was shipping any way other then priority by usps then he was asking for this drama..

20ml of test and 20ml of tren with 100 winny caps is 140 doses..the way thepolice add value to that there gonna say they intercepted a 3000 shipment of steroids.....lolol good luck and dont order from morons anymore

if this is really a true post then dont accept the package when it comes dont even open the door..they will leave they cant stand there forever...
 
He sent fed ex overnight. I requested it like a dumbass. I have been using this guy for almost a full year now and never have we had any trouble. We have also used fed ex overnight before too. BTW it was fed ex who told me the police dpt seized the package.
 
I read ona site a guy said he recieved the package, but when he opened it there was a letter in it saying it had been seized. That's even weirder.

FedEx does not do controlled deliveries.

Sometimes LEO detectives walk the belt and they profile certain packages. They are mainly looking for coke and weed. I've seen 10 pound boxes of weed break open on a sort belt. If the fucking idiots packed the shit better no one would have known.

Unless they found mass quantities of gear or drugs, the usual protocol is to destroy the pkg and notify the shipper/consignee that something illegal was found. I would not worry about LEO kicking in your door for a small stash of gear.

poster your source is a idiot to ship fed ex...if he is that sloppy id be real worried about the products your getting...

recieving,producing and packaging the products safely and sanitary is the hard part....

putting the vials in a priority box packed well and shipped is the easy part...if he hasnt managed to master the simplest step of the process id be real worried....again hes a idiot


im sure he also recieves order after order from china to his local po box or his home address addressed to him with all the new powders and does all his business from the same residence...

I imagine an LEO could throw on a FedEx uniform and make a controlled delivery. I've been with FedEx 10 years and I've never one time heard of this happening.

I know the LEO who walks the belt. Unless it's a serious amount of dope or if it's tied to a known drug operation they will destroy the pkg.

I also have a hard time believing a service rep would tell the customer that their pkg was seized by LEO. Especially if they were trying to build a case or going to take any additional action.

he had a shipment delivered..he accepted..then police raided him...he just was sentenced in jan for 3 years after being on house arrest for 2 years waiting trial...

The federal government is far less concerned with busting roid-o's than they are pursuing a person that could very well be purchasing drugs that fund the mexican cartels. This is a completely different issue.

Absolutely not. Not sure if you have ever been south of Maine but every state now has problems with Mexican agents smuggling drugs over the border. Anywhere south of the 35th parrallel you could drop leaflets selling juice if you wanted. Even below 40th parrallel you can get away with almost anything

fuck formatting it. When I get sketched out I take the old comps hard rive out and have it incinerated. then go by a new one. Fuck I could care less I will bye a new computer every other month for all I care. Screw all that trying to clean it out shit just to save a few bucks. Toss the whole damn thing and get a new one.

You didn't really have a whole lot coming your way, your intent was personal consumption, not dealing. When they grabbed your package they didn't grab it because it was "your name" they for whatever reason found some shit in it and just took it. End of story? The way I imagine I guess.

I still stand by what i first said, "Shut the fuck up about it, dont accept any package, dont open your mouth if asked, forget it ever happened". Pretty simple if you ask me, if this is a true thread.
 
I had my Nolva get seized as it went through customs. Got a letter stating that pills were seen under x-ray, they opened it, and confirmed that they were precription meds. I have 30 days to bring a script in or they destroy it. No mention of them following up on any action. So life goes on. Sure, they may be watching anything addressed to me now, but oh well... I have a respectable job, and no priors.

Not as bad as aas, but I have let it go...
a lesson well learned.

i've had aas get caught at customs and received a letter stating they had a package for me and I could come "claim" it. I said"f-it". I went down there and claimed that b*tch.

Just kidding.

I let it go.

But somehow. this guys thread states it was picked up by local pd, shipped domestic. so the pd got lucky or sending address has been under suspicion.
