my situation is. i will be busy for one week 14 days later. i wont be able to lift and i will be in another city. so can i just workout everyday for one week tire out entire body then rest for one week in that city. would it be like normal working out 3 days a week?
i don't think working out 3 days a week is similar to working out one week then a week off. u would make more gains doing a 3 day split every week than alternating lifting and rest by full wks. like the guys have said, just find ways to work out when ur in this other city. i'm guessin u can get some power bands to travel with. they can be used for just about every exercise. u just need a few different sizes and get creative. the city ur going to doesn't have any health clubs or gyms? when i'm traveling i just pay one day fees at whatever club is there. if its for work ur company may reimburse u for it.
