Hey bro's anyone care to help estimate my bf? 29 years old, ten years of training hard, eating right, college sport, and 'supplementing 1-2 times / year. About 210 in these pics, range btwn 205 - 215

My legs are small as shit. I got hit by a cop car five years ago and my hip area is pretty fucked up. I'll go from squatting 405 to 135 for months at a time depending on how my hips, lower back are doing.

Thanks for the feedback. Huh, I must have been way off, thought my abs were pretty visible and semi striations in my obliques.....guess I wasn't expecting 14%.

How about posting a typical diet so some of the new guys can get an idea.

They are visible and there are striations there but that isn't the ultimate determiner of body fat %
Fortunately for you you don't hold body fat in your abdomen so when you sit around 10-12% instead of getting a layer of body fat over your abs you keep them and it builds up elsewhere
Don't get discouraged though bro 10-12% is very respectable and is still a low body fat percentage

Thanks guys. My height is 6'0. Appreciate all the feedback. As for the comment that some people don't hold body fat in their abs but other places, my lower two abs and obliques are only area I hold visible fat / water (well not only obviously but primarily). And not making excuses, but these pics were after having a 'big daddy omelet' before a pool party.

As for diet and training (I'm honored people would even want to know) I'm very high protein, extremely low carbs. I work in investment banking on Wall Street, so have to be sure not to get too bulky / thick bc it just doesn't send the right message ( which is BS but just the way things are). I haven't done cardio in a few years, thinking of upping carbs a bit and doing cardio. I don't do the bulking / cutting, just stay clean diet all year.

Pretty hardcore into the club scene partying, but have limited that to once per week in the last year. But it's every week, haven't missed a week of going out in about ten years....and it's the 5-6am going out, so I know that definitely holds me back. Same with my lower body injury I mentioned. Have a nagging shoulder injury from rugby five years ago. Oh, I'm also a Sagittarius and only go to church on Christmas ;)

If anyone is interested in my specific diet, I can post that.

Haha been to miami, Ibiza, and Vegas in the last three months and live in nyc, so yeah, partying pretty hard. House music has picked up the club scene ten fold. No hardcore partying drugs, tho. Really going to try and get on the cardio and get shredded. Also, don't take my cheat day to the extreme.

I would get cheacked by a professional either under water dunking or at least calipers.
My eye says around 13-15%

Same estimate, no higher than 9 IMO. Some are just genetically gifted and don't need cardio, if your diet is on point and you train hard enough you can still look awesome. Fuckers
 
10-12% is about right, no way you're 8%.. At 8% you should see every ab and serratus muscle without flexing.

Sub 10% for sure.. you look great bro to say the least! I would be interested to read a typical diet if you can get around to it.. Nice catch with your girl too man.

Hey guys, appreciate the feedback. Humbled by all the kind words. When I first started on this sight ten years ago, I weighed 138 pounds and couldn't bench 125 pounds.

Here is my typical diet: like I said, very low in carbs but I do basically zero cardio.

730am within two min of waking up: 60gram ON whey protein, 2 scoops fiber
930: egg white omelet. somedays i also have whole wheat toast with almond butter
11:30: either cup of Greek yogurt or drink liquid egg whites.
1:30: chicken with broccoli
4pm: pre workout shake, 60gram protein, 25grsm complex carbs
6pm workout. During first ten min of workout, drink either half bottle of isopure, cup of Greek yogurt, or protein shot. I do this bc I like to workout on 'empty' stomach and don't want to go 3-4 hours without protein.
PW shake 60grams Whey and 80-100 grams of carbs from protein factory
830pm: dinner. Meat protein, no carbs

That's pretty much my diet day in, day out mon - Friday. Never cheat during day before workout if anything, have chipolte steak burrito.
 
Do you do any leg work? Cause in the pics it looks like you are holding more fat on your legs than on your upper body. WHich would ultimately raise your overall bodyfat.
