quite running, eat more, sleep more.. eat 4000 cals a day and no running or jogging period.
The thing is I am in the military, and my so called BOSS went crazy and makes us run for PT 5 days a week, but I am lifting heavy 6 days a week after work! It is hard to eat because I am always working so i rely on shakes, weight gainer (cyto gainer, true mass) for in-between-meals. I just got off a cycle of NOexplode which the new formal is a lot better than the first, but really only gave me a cracked out boost.
