Oral only for MASS?? Some advice PLEASE

:chomp: I just want to say that genetics play a huge roll in ones mass gains! I unfortunately got the shit end of the stick with a very very fast metabolism. It has taking me FOREVER to get where I am at right now. I eat and eat and eat, I sleep pretty well (military affects this!) I have been training for about 3 years. I feel I look pretty good, but don't have it in me to get bigger than what I am with out a boost. My point is I am looking for an oral cycle for 6-8 weeks that will boost me over this hump. I did test cypioject with deca in high school to get me over my first hump and it worked very well for 8 weeks (kept about 75% of gains), but now I am stuck at 165 (walk-around-weight) 170 on a good day (more or less WATER) 4%bf @ 5'7" any help would be nice!

w/ all due respect. You've been lifting for 3 years and your only 167lbs?

4-5% BF.. I doubt that for some reason. That is very very lean!

Can you post up your diet including all supps etc. And what you're weekly training looks like.
 
quite running, eat more, sleep more.. eat 4000 cals a day and no running or jogging period.
Exactly.

You are too unexperience for steroids. You need to take advantages of hardcore natural training first. After that, some powerful cycle can be obtained. :)

It is easiest to take steroids.
 
I have a fairly fast metabolism and a very low appetite so I need to make every meal count. I depend on alot of shakes(some people say whole food is better but I've always gotten my best results from relying an about a 50-60% shake diet) to get in my calories.

An example of a shake I would make:

16oz skim milk
1 scoop whey
2-3 tbsp Natty PB
1 c oats

Eat calorically dense foods to put on the weight. If yo can't put on the weight natty it's kinda pointless to start using. Plus at your weight you still have much unfulfilled potential.
 
Could be that there are other factors @ play here. Most of the time when someone thinks he is a "hard gainer" it's because diet and training are in dire need of work

What do you eat on a daily basis and how do you train?

for 2 years I took the training light, pretty shredded right now, the past year I have been hitting it hard. 6 days a week 6-8 week cycles (different routines) to keep the body shocked. I eat more than my goat and donkey back home in texas! A lot of rice and sushi, fish, chicken vegis fruit, and always a salad with the dinner. I do live in japan so I do carb up on rice, (why not right!) It is easy to get a hold of b/c every time you turn around they offer you RICE!!! lol
