Opec cuts oil production by 2.2 million barrels a day!!!

The United Emirates announced plans to immediately cut 2.2 million barrels a day from production to drive back up oil prices effected by the global recession.

Here we go again being held hostage by oil... When we plan to drill our own reserves they threaten cutbacks, When the global economy is in the worst recession ever they cutback.. unbelievable. I guess its back to $4.00 and $5.00 a gallon
