How well do you guys actually grow on this program? I hear a lot of good things. I'm not actually after total power. I would like to increase my power and then trry and use the added power to putting on more size. Do your backs or bi's or delts grow at all? There's not much work for them it seems. How can there be any back growth if your just doing a few sets of a rowing movement? Thanks.
