For the past 8 months I have been doing one body part a week and I've seen great results at 4 sets of 4 exercises for each body part. I was thinking about changing things up a bit and doing a bodypart twice a week for the next 4 months...... then switching it again to once a week for another 4 months? What do you guys think about switching it up like that...... Will i be shocking the muscle enough?
