I know this question is asked enough, but Im about to place in an order. What are YOUR votes for best MRP ... brand and flavor?

My fav: Choc Protein Met-Rx and Labrada (both flavors for the brands)

hands down, the best MRP on the market. Anyone who has ever had one will agree. They are so good, I crave them sometimes...

Ditto!!Met-Rx puts out ALL my favorites.They taste great and the protein fractions rock,it's a true,timed release formula.Their ionized creatine is the best creatine formulation on the market right now IMO as well.
 
my favorite is chocolate optimum 100% whey with oatmeal

it tastes best if you blend it up, that way you dont have a soggy oatmeal taste
 
Labrada - Vanilla Ice Cream &
Muscle Milk - Root Beer Float

Finally tried the Muscle Milk last week after hearing about how good it was for over a year. Can't believe how good it tastes!!! Just be aware the Prot/Carb/Fat ratios are a little different than your average MRP.
 
Cytosport Muscle Milk, chocolate, cookies 'n cream, or mocha joe flavor. Love the stuff - unfortunately my stomach doesn't.
 
I agree w/ some of the other bros.... oatmeal, whey, and skim milk in a blender. Real food, not that powdered stuff. and it's a lot cheaper. I'll sometimes throw in eggs or peanut butter depends on wheter bulking or cutting.

Can someone with the Cytosport Muscle Milk tell me what is used to sweeten it (ie. acesulfame K, aspartame, stevia, etc.)? Thanks.

I also agree, homemade MRP's are best. But you guys need to include some flax oil in them regardless if your cutting or bulking.

Also, pre-made MRP's invariably have too much iron in them. Iron is NOT good for you.
 
All I ever use is Optimum Nutritions Pro Complex...55grams of protein and it also has glutamine peptides. What more could you ask for.
