Okay now I have gained a good amount of weight and have something good to build off of i get a lot of protein a day and cal a day now i am thinking about Creatine Titrate its very good for energy and not waterweight before I took it and when i stopped on ly lost 3 pounds of water (pretty damn good) but i'm wondering if any one else knows of anything that fits wat i'm talking about ( not monohydrate we all know thats great for waterweight)
