I'm looking to do a quick bulker for the next four weeks. I'm going to be increasing my calories from 2,800 per day to 4,000 per day and I'm going to be focusing on 100% bulking.
Now when it comes to creatine, should I do 10 g per day with my protein shake or would you recommend something else?

5 mg per day is the maximum that people typically use. I haven't heard of anyone doing 10 g.

You get creatine from your food as well. It's not anything that you have to cycle. You can literally stay on daily.

Bros, creatine, four weeks, a waste of time, you need to run it longer, at least 12 weeks.

Creatine is a terrific supplement. It's one of the best and you're not gonna go wrong with using it. Just make sure you get a high-quality brand, free of garbage.
