Oly bar on bicep curls

i do them, usually max-ot style.

if it bothers your wrist like it does mine (sometimes), just use the ez-curl bar.

not a bad idea at all. ive done em with oly bars a few times and it feels great. right now im just using the gym premade bars. its still a straight bar, but not an oly, same thickness though. and they have 10 pounds increments from 25 to 125

I did them in my early days of "BB" lololol. I could see them or EZ bar curls as having a similar benefit. Its whichever grip better suits the lifter in my eyes.

My gym has premade barbells from 20-140, but increments of 10 are too huge. Oly/easy curl bars let you put 2.5 plates on them so that you can increment by 5. I think it will be hell trying to stablize an oly bar (the very long ones).

It won't be. You're fine just as long as you don't do them on a squat rack. :)
