Hell of a current physique bro! It would've been hard to come back from that many significant injuries. Are they all bodybuilding/sports related?
Thanks Brother! it's coming along nicely, pretty quickly actually & that's probably due to muscle memory.
It was always super hard each time but for me, it was more for the fact that I was missing out on training & couldn't train the way that I wanted to lol not
because the process was hard as I was only focusing on one step at a time & that it was always a given in my mind that I would get through each one

Muscle memory is a godsend 😂 takes years to build it, but once its there its much easier to keep it/get it back
The training is the one thing we look forward to every day hahaha it's a lot harder when were force to take time off
All of the injuries were bodybuilding related. The patella tendon tears were due to machine equipment failure
Damn bro, that's a tough pill to swallow when it wasn't really your wrongdoing. I mean accidents happen, but that's a rough one! Any long term damage from any of the injuries?

It's a definitely a tough pill but I take the positives home from it all, I have everything that I need now to know how to recover from injury, do rehab & adapt my training & mindset to overcome it all & with that knowledge I can help anyone that might be going through the same or similar things. I have limited range of motion in my shoulders particularly on the left side as that rotator cuff was recently torn. I have permanent patella displacement in both knees with pain sometimes in the left. The torn Tricep has permanent weakness & has reattached at a shorter insertion point so have my lats & right pec, those ones are just cosmetic though

your username @koba is that planet of the apes bro? ;)

Your competitive physique photos are insane too bro, that’s a major positive to come out of it all 💪🏽
I guess the injuries are just a part of the game we play, the juice is definitely worth the squeeze though in my opinion! With all the different recovery compounds we have available these days it makes it just that little bit easier
