this is true, just because i haven't had sex doesn't mean i can't catch something, but i've settled down a lot and i always did use protection....i'm a clean/germ freak, so a lot of that stuff freaks me out

You could catch herpes from someone just by kissing them. Do you use protection when kissing too because the mouth is full of germs and stuff you know.

BTW, I really doubt 100% of the time you have performed oral protection was used. What about when oral was performed on you, did you use protection too?

listen girl, i'm not trying to say i'm perfect.....i've done some stupid shit in my life and will prob. do tons more....i was just joking about the mouth condom obviously.

my original point was that obviously there are several ways to get STD's, but I have tried to limit those possibilities as best as possible: I want to stay a virgin for now, when I was dating I would try and use protection for oral as much as possible, and I was always very paranoid about being with anybody that I didn't have a fairly big history on....i.e.: knew several people who knew them, even though i understand that still doesn't mean anything as looks and words can be decieving.

an STD is always a possibility, but I've tried to keep my chances low and I've never tested for any

FYI, although semen and vaginal fluids may contain sexually transmitted diseases, on the whole they're actually pretty clean—the average vagina is cleaner than the average mouth!
