Bigokie is packing on some mass. He has easily put over an inch on his arms since I have met him, maybe more than that. His strength has gone way up as well.
The titan Fury felt different than an Inzer single ply. Lots more support too I would say, and easier to get into. The material feels tougher, denser, but weaved together from bigger fibers. It is not heavy like denim, at all. Very light shirt. And tough too. Screwball could not touch 475 with it, and the shirt held just fine. It also did not crack and creak on the way down like an Inzer does.
I will let Bigokie and Screwball tell more about it, but it looked like a very very good shirt. I think they both set board PRs with it on.
VDOP did very well also, and I set a PR on the 2 board with a 550. Everyone post up your PR's.
Also thanks to Irish for the suggestion to use a 3 board reverse bench for triceps. We all did these and loved them. I did sets of 10 till we got up to 365 and was only able to eak out 6 reps there. Everyone did real well on this exercise too.
Then we did, as can be seen in the pics, chest supported rows. I like doing these but did not have a chest supported row machine, so I had to get creative. I think it worked out pretty well.
Then we did some shoulder horn work, not pictured, and some heavy band pressdowns, using blues, greens, and sometimes both blues and greens, also drop sets.
Good workout. Great to train with the Okies, and hope to do it again soon.
