ooh and tonight i tried the decline bench. couldn't do 70 lbs on my 4th set but i managed one rep at 65 then finished at 60. i'll have to work up to it, but it definitely is easier with the decline..

don't worry, the arms will eventually come along, they just take time...
real cool about the declines.. i luv 'em... make you feel so strong, don't you agree! and they really work the chest rather than the front delts/ triceps (which get their own work right? !)
