Ok, how do I post up a pic?

I have decided to swallow my pride and bite the bullet. I am going to post a couple pics of my nasty self..hopefully I will be able to see some progress. And get some good help with how to fix my many figure flaws. Shadow I hope will estimate my (i am sure plenty high) body fat.
How do I do it...*hope i don't regret this*

easiest thing for me is to go to http://imageshack.us/
click on browse and look for the pic
In the "File Upload" window that pops up (after you've clicked 'browse' )select the pic you want and click open
When you are back to the Image Shack window, click 'host it'
It brings to you a screen where you have a couple different options, i.e. post a direct link to image, Hotlink etc.
I usually opt to copy and paste the info in "Hotlink for forums (1)" into the reply box of my post and voila, there's my pic.
Then I repeat for all the other pics I want to post...

I'm sure there are different ways but this was the easiest for me when I 1st learned a couple months ago

Trust me, i just went through the same thing and I'm so glad i did it because you'll get great feedback and it will help in knowing exactly what you need to work on. Bunny is great too so don't even worry about it. Just think how awesome it will be to look back at before pics and see how much progress you've made!!
