Alrighty lately me and my brother tend to fight about this alot he's more into the GETTING BIG and don't get me wrong he's 15 and weighs 205 HES GETTING BIG he has 15 inch arms 35 inch waist and 39 inch chest well anyway he saw me today talkin on the phone and i was in a tank top and i kept lookin at my arms and delts and back while i'm talkin on the phone and he says to me "powerlifters don't look at themselves in the mirror and flex u lil bitch" ( he thinks b/c he weighs 5 lbs more than me that he can push me round all of a sudden)so I admitted it's tru in a way sometime i catch myself doing BB things.
BUT I'm SURE that most of you guys do it too.
Now i'm not sayin i'm gonna try and get stronger and bulk and cut but I've been thinkin bout it and at my age women love abs so I think i'ma do what i never thought i'd do again and i havn't done since november. YUP the thing called cardio I'll start doing it on off lifting days or something and start watchin my diet I'll inform ya'll if I get weaker, BUT the way i see it is at my age I can do it 18(in 5 days) i'm young no matter what i do i'll get stronger unless i'm doing heavy lifting everyday and stil i might make progress who knows.
So those of you out there that do this shit like i was caught today ADMIT IT.
