All jokes aside, try to find and MD who specializes in "Chronic Pain" procedures. Ther are new known laser prodecures that can supposedly cure/zap the warts. Too bad you aren't in Canada I could point you in the right direction.
 
Far as I now ablative surgery is the only real solution although the company I work for has a new drug in development for HPV.

Also, a condon is not complete protection from HPV. There was even a study showing it is possible to get them from toilets under certain circumstances.

Genital warts the gift that keeps on giving. Seriously, lots of people proly have that shit, when you post up on adultfriendfinder.com, cupid.com, etc, put in your description "have genital warts," then you can tag all the wart laden chics...

I just read somewhere that 5.5 million cases of HPV occur in a year! Why? Well the nature of this STD. As you can see A LOT of people have it, and many of them never even know it. There is no blood test for HPV , and there is no cure. So half the bro's that are saying "damn sucks to be you" to this guy could in fact be living it up with HPV right now and not even have a clue. Shit is scary. And a rubber does not even rule out the possibility of of getting the virus. A rather disturbing STD if you think about it: No cure, no test, no visible symptoms (often) thus the "gift that keeps on giving"
