Oh man, I got fat again! Need alittle help with the basics of cutting.

I know this site used to be great for help with diets on cutting. Havnt been on here for awhile though. I am looking to start cutting again and was wondering if I could get an idea on the number of calories I should be taking in and the breakdown of Fats, Pro, and Carbs? Thanks if anyone can point me in the right direction.

I'm in the same situation. Me, I'm 6'2, 215, abs faintly visible, so many 15-18% bodyfat. I lift four times a week and do some jogging or incline walking for cardio (I get winded fast).
 
Well right now I am 6ft 180. I lift three times a week. I have not done any cardio yet but will start once I am cutting.

I wish my abs were faintly visible at 15-18% :worried:
