Oh hey - Guess what guys?????

Went to the gym actually. Right now.......................I am eating an 8oz chicken breast w/Newman's Lite Honey Mustard sauce and a cup of Broccoli.
 
A breakfast bar. I work odd hours, but I was up earlier but laid back down. Dummy me forgot to call in meds yesterday and so I didn't sleep well. Maybe that explains my ackward behavior earlier.

What's on your plate for lunch?

organic blueberries, strawberries, honeydew mellon balls, cup of granola, skim milk, and sun dried raisins for desert....















or a salami sandwich w/ sourcream potato chips and tea.
 
Nothing. i worked all through the night on cgi crap and now goign to bed. I miss the ol' 9-5 monkey days :)

and we just got on of those kuerig single brew coffee makers from a promotion we are doing at work
I already got a free one for my house too, and got my MIL one for watching my daughter 2-3 times per week
$150 value w/free coffee
three of them for NOTHING :D
so I'm having a nice fresh cup of french vanila w/two splendas
 
LOL...so someone stole a base? I really didn't watch the game............or the highlights or read about it in the paper or online......

Taco Bell is on the way to the gym for me at 4:15PM. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
 
i went to the diner with 3 coworkers.
had half a sammich and a salad.
 
2 atkins bars PWO @ 340 cals

Brie, Bacon, and Walnut Salad @ approx 400 cals

1 oz Brie
4 slices of Jimmy Dean precooked bacon
0.5 oz of walnuts
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 tablespoon of citrus champange vinagar
Few turns of Italian Spice Grinder

Toss and scarf!

And yes, I measured everything!
