I guess a good story I had was this morning, one of my trainer's clients is this older woman (well she's probably my age, but I wear it better) is on the butt blaster & the trainer says put it on 75 for 25 reps x 4. And the face this girl made was priceless. Then I said, be glad you aren't me ... my usual is the stack (150 lb) for 50/40/30/20 supersetted w/ dead lifts. The lady looked at my trainer like "YOU MONSTER!"
Then the trainer said, he had a girl who is now a fitness Pro doing the same thing a couple yrs ago, and when he told her to do the 75 for 4 x 25, she got up & left. LIke, the gym. LMAO!
