I'm so tired of helping the slobs around here.. seriously. They ask advice.. I tell them what I know and have learned and they sit down with a half dozen KK's.
Then you hear the .. ol.. omg I can't use weights I gain muscle so easy..... ummmmmmmmm Where the hell do you have ANY visible muscle at sweetie? and those love handles don't count!

My rant du jour - I'd like to say "ever have one of those days.." except its like months now on this silly project at my job. We are replacing our entire back-end system and all of our current offerings and its a $5M project. Except they have not scheduled appropriate time to understand, implement and, oh I dunno, TEST the whole friggen thing.

Well my blood has been boiling all day!! We have three dogs and 1 of those is quite a barker. Well today i let them out to potty (had been locked in their crates while i was out today) . well my hubby calls me on my cell phone, and i'm talking to him and Zahra *my pup* starts barking out in the back...Now mind u, these are not "outside" dogs..meaning i only let them out to potty and play for Very brief periods. Well, i opened the door to call her in, cause i see my neighbor lady standing close to our fence and zahra is barking at her(she loves to do that 
) and all the dogs come in and she's a little relunctant cuz she knows she's not supposed to bark and is actin' like a weinee practically crawling up to the back door. Well my neighbor lady looks at me (and can see i'm holding my phone and talking) and with this crappy look on her face , says really smart-alecky "I've about had it with these dogs!" and turns and walks away.
I have been so stinkin' mad and upset all evening because of that. I felt like going over there and knockin on her door. But i'm such a weinee, and i was afraid she'd say something to make me even madder.
I just don't know what else i can do. She's in her yard ALOT, she's lawn & garden obsessive

I have a min pin who feels the need to bark at anything that looks remotely suspicious and one day this lady was walking by and he escaped (btw his name is Turbo for a reason) and I thought she was going to have a heart attack and she was like does he have his rabies shot....blah blah blah. I was like sure lady I have a $600 dog w/rabies and he's furocious (sp), he's about a foot tall watch out he'll tear you limb from limb. People are dumb. Don't feel bad.
