Approved Log Off season prep for 2026 IFBB Journal

another decent check in with no changes needed so things are still trending in the right direction
102.7kg Wednesday and yesterday up to 103.2kg so I'm nearly up 8kg from my lowest weight a few weeks ago at the end of my cut and condition is still in a pretty good spot for how rapid the weight gain has been.

obviously a little softer in areas but all in all still in decent shape which I'm happy with and now the trick is to keep going in this direction until it's time to prep for September and I'm super keen for that!!

Training legs twice a week and having a dedicated arm day I feel is going to make my physique that much better as well I feel like I'm already noticing some changes.

well guess what check in has been moved to Wednesday, so you unfortunately have to see me again ahaha

weight has shot up again 103.2kg to now 104.2kg so can't imagine there will be any changes we're just letting the body cook and do its thing.

still pretty happy with the look, I haven't got that far out of shape, yet I'm surprised with how well my body is holding the weight atm still got pretty good separation and detail.

I'll post some food updates in the next day or so with some pictures so you can see how exciting my meals are hahahah.

the real question now is when do I have my cheat meal tonight or still wait until Saturday ahahha
